REAL Madrid president Florentino Perez is plotting to raid Juventus of Paulo Dybala, according to reports.
Barcelona have been linked with the Argentinean following Neymar’s stunning £200m switch to Paris Saint-Germain.
But Real Madrid look to land another blow on their arch rivals by stealing in on their top target in secret talks, according to Spanish outlet Don Balon.
The Champions League winners are also having to look elsewhere after experiencing difficulties with their negotiations f or Kylian Mbappe.
Monaco have slapped a huge £161m price-tag on the French sensation.
The 18-year-old is being chased by some of the largest clubs in the world, including Real Madrid and PSG and he now looks set to join the French side.
Dybala, 23, is regarded as one of the top young talents in Europe, helping Juventus to a league title last season as well as aiding their Champions League run to the final.
Juventus are reluctant to let their talismanic striker go, and any hopes of Real Madrid or Barcelona signing the ex-Palermo star were dealt a huge blow after the club handed him their famous No. 10 shirt.
However, Perez has met with Dybala and his representatives in secret and Zinedine Zidane is a big fan of the star.
As for Barcelona, they are still pursuing Liverpool star Philippe Coutinho and Dortmund’s Ousmane Dembele but both clubs have ruled out selling their prize assets.
Despite this, Dembele has been suspended by the club after he allegedly missed training following a huge bid from the Catalan club.
The Argentinean scored 19 goals for the Turin side last season as well as laying on seven assists for his team-mates.
That includes his stunning brace against Barcelona in the Champions League in their first-leg 3-0 victory over the La Liga runners-up.
Real Madrid have invested heavily in up and coming talent this summer, bringing in Dani Ceballos, 20, and Theo Hernandez, 19, from local rivals Atletico Madrid.
