Cristiano Ronaldo will face a terrible punishment if he is announced guilty for tax evasion.
Charged with tax fraud, Ronaldo threatens to six years in prison if the accuse is true.
General Secretary of the Tax Authority in Spain, Jose Maria Mollinedo, has spoken on the issue.
“I suspect that Ronaldo has cheated with more than 150 million euro. This is a great fiscal crime. For this action he could be sentenced to a minimum of six years in prison, “said Mollinedo.
He said that there is another way that this sentence to be reduced, but can never be removed. Otherwise, the newspaper “El Mundo” reported the past few days that since 2009 Ronaldo has sent at least 126 million pounds on British Virgin Islands , in order to avoid taxes.
