Chelsea has found the replacement of Thibaut Courtois, who is expected to move to Real Madrid

Premier League leaders Chelsea are looking replacement for Belgian goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, since the he is expected to join Real Madrid next summer.

According to British newspaper Metro, Antonio Conte has is monitoring Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak.

But if Atletico refuses Chelsea offer, the London club has two other options: Gianluigi Donnarumma (Milan) and Yann Sommer (Borussia Monchengladbach).
