Star players make football the most expensive sport in the world. Maybe this also is ruining the beauty of the game but the competition is growing fast and almost “small” clubs does not exist in the top leagues.
Couple of years ago the growth on the football market came after Qatar investments fond entered into buying clubs like Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City, Malaga and other clubs, but now there is a new page on the football expenses with entering big companies from China that are investing in big club like the case with Inter Milan and with AC Milan, but also they invest a lot in their own country.
Chinese time on football!
This started years ago when coaches like the World champion Marcelo Lippi started to work in Chinese super league. The trend continues now with transfer requests for “big” players to join Chinese Super League. Already in this league are players like Graziano Pelle, Gervinho, Lavezzi, Ramires, Alex Teixeira, Asamoah Gyan, Rondon, Fredy Guarin, Burak Yilmaz, Renato Augusto, Hulk, Pappis Cisse, Demba Ba and other players that used to play for top clubs in Europe.
But this is not the end, this transfer market the European football is “shocked” by the offers they get from Chinese clubs. Chelsea turned down more than 80 million pound for Diago Costa. Same situation is with Yaya Toure that had an offer of 580 000 pounds weekly salary in China but he turned down because he wants to continue to play in Manchester City.
Last offer was made for Radamel Falcao and probably Monaco would accept it because of the bad form of the player.
The transfer market has 15 more days to end and Chinese clubs are scouting the best players.
