Rafael Leao will stay at Milan. In the last few days, the Portuguese was rumored a lot about a possible transfer to Barcelona, but the CEO of Milan, Giorgio Furlani, has denied everything, declaring with complete certainty that the player will stay at the red and black.
“Rafael Leao will not leave. There is no possibility of going to Barcelona. He will stay at Milan and I guarantee you 100% that he will not leave”, declared Furlani.
The Catalans are looking for a winger and have expressed interest in the Milan star. After Leao’s rejection, Barcelona are now chasing Federico Chiesa, who has also expressed his desire to join the Catalans.
As reported by the Italian media, in recent days the winger’s manager, Fali Ramadani, has reopened talks with Barcelona, while the latter have made it clear that no more than 15 million euros will be poured into Juventus’ coffers.
Frederiko Kiesa is an old desire of coach Hansi Flik since he was in charge of the Bavarian bench.
There are still no details of the final deal, but what is certain is that Barcelona need a left winger and after failing with Niko Williams and Rafa Leao, Chiesa could be the only option for Barcelona with a few days left in the transfer window of summer.
