Real Madrid’s number one Florentino Perez has admitted that they are interested in transferring Monaco’s young star Kylian Mbappe and new Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma.
“Zidane scouted Mbappe when he was 16. Zidane liked him very much, we did not try to transfer Mbappe because of his age. He is very good and will certainly become one of the greats. We are looking for him, of course” Perez declared.
“Everyone says Donnarumma is a great player, he will be Buffon’s replacement. We are following him, but we will not talk about what we’re doing,” Los Blancos stressed.
However, Perez has denied the possibility of transferring David de Geas from Manchester United.
“We have not talked with De Gea,” he said. “The players are very pleased with Keylor Navas and also the coach. I like Keylor Navas,” he concluded.
