Antonio Conte, Chelsea coach, is aiming to transfer two players from Juventus
The two stars of Juve, Alex Sandro and Leonardo Bonucci remain targets of Chelsea coach Antonio Conte.
According to Goal.com, the club from Stemford Bridge is now offering the Italian champion £ 100m (€ 114m) for the two players.
