Paris Saint-Germain has taken a step further by making offer of 135 million euros for Monaco striker Kylian Mbappe.
PSG is reacting quicker than Real Madrid.

But it seems that PSG has made the first official offer. According to Goal reports from secure sources, Nasser Al-Khelaifi has made an offer of 135 million euros to Monacos for Mbappe, which is a world record offer.
