FIFA president Gianni Infantino has congratulated Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi on Saturday, the first for newborn twins and the second for the wedding.
“I want to congratulate Cristiano Ronaldo for the twins and Lionel Messi for the wedding: you see, the Confederations Cup brings beautiful things,” Infantino said before the final between Chile and Germany.
Cristiano Ronaldo, who was defeated from Chile in the semifinals (0: 0 regular time and extra, 3: 0 by penalties), left the tournament on Thursday and will not play tomorrow against Mexico for third place.
