Real Madrid is undoubtedly one of the biggest team in the world, their history is something other teams are always dreaming of.
Madrid are known for signing big players and breaking transfer records, big names like: Di Stefano, Puskas, Brazilian Ronaldo , Figo, R.Carlos, Raul, Casillas, Makelele, Zidane, Bechkam, Kaka and many more have played in the white shirt.
Most of them are bought expensively,especially under Perez’s management, Real Madrid have broken transfer fee record many times.
However, Real Madrid are now changing that system,Their new policy is to sign young players at a low price compared to market value of nowadays, apart from that, Real Madrid are also using their ‘La Fabrica’ graduates finally.
Players like Isco, Kroos, Kovacic, Lucas, Asensio, Morata and others are signed at low price considering the value of today’s market,this is resulted from good management and planning that Perez, Zidane Jose Angel Sanchez an their boys are doing.
This plan is working perfectly, it resulted in squad depth that helped Real Madrid to win back to back CL’s and long awaited LaLiga last season.
Players are now rejecting a starting role in some big teams and choosing substitute role at Madrid, this shows how excellent Real Madrid project is looking.
Needless to say, Madrid is becoming NEW, new players, new policy and system, new project, and the stadium is going to be renovated in coming months, Madrid’s future is surely in safe hands.
If Perez and Zidane can keep it up, it will be a big problem to other teams to compete with Real Madrid for the next 10 years, at least.
