Napoli have reportedly offered around €26m for Real Sociedad goalkeeper Geronimo Rulli.

Football Espana, broke the news that Rulli was being courted by Napoli last month, and Argentine publication El Dia claims the Partenopei are ready to formalise their interest in the custodian.

However, reports are split over how Napoli’s bid for the 25-year-old will be distributed.

El Dia believes five percent of the fee will go to Estudiantes, Rulli’s first club, while Mundo Deportivo of Spain suggests only 70% would go to his current employers, with 30% reserved for Manchester City.

That is because City signed him from Deportivo Maldonado last year, before loaning him back to La Real and eventually selling him.
