The second yellow card and the sending off in yesterday’s “El Clasico” at Camp Nou caused a stormy reaction from Cristiano Ronaldo, who could not believe the decision taken by the main referee.
After being booked with the red card, the Portuguese got angry abd pushed the reff, and now is suspended for five matches . This means that on Wednesday’s rematch he will not play and miss the first four rounds of the Spanish Primera.
While leaving the pitch, Ronaldo went on to explain to the assistant referee, and to the fans he said:
“You only win with ten players, with ten, now … You will certainly win …”.
This move gesture will “rest” Ronaldo in the start of the new season, in which he will be eligible to play only in the European matches of Real Madrid.
