Zinedine Zidane was right to play with Mateo Kovacic from the first minute of the match.
This was proven with his performance last night and especially when he passed Barcelona midfielder Sergio Busquets.
During a counterattack in the first half, Kovacic gave Busquets a lesson he ‘broke his back’ with a move, knocking him down on the pitch.
Truly magical movement from Kovacic who is fighting to take a place in the team.
