Eden Hazard: I want to win Champions League with this team

Chelsea’s Belgian superstar Eden Hazard has said that he is desperate to win the Champions League crown after spending whole of the last season outside the competition after a dismal 2015-16 season.

After making his first appearance for Chelsea in the Blues’ 2-1 win against Leicester last weekend, the Belgian speedster is ready to start against FK Qarabag at Stamford Bridge in the Champions League on Tuesday.

Antonio Conte’s team are back in Europe’s premier competition and Hazard, who reached the semi-final of the Champions League with Chelsea in 2014 told Mirror, “This year is really important. I just reached the semi-final with Chelsea, when we lost to Atletico Madrid, so it’s in my head to win this trophy.”

Speaking about his ambition of winning the Champions League, Hazard said, “I have won the Premier League, I have won the title in France, I have won cups, but big players always want to win the Champions League.”

He continued by stating that his team is now mature enough to go all the way in Europe’s premier competition. Hazard claimed. “I think now it is time to win this. We have a good squad, we have a good manager, so we are ready for it.“I try to give everything on the pitch. If I win I’m happy, if I don’t win, no regrets.”

With Hazard coming back to full fitness, Chelsea will surely prove to be handful for opposition teams this season, yet again.
