Barcelona v Man United

According to the Mirror on Sunday, Dybala is at the centre of a war between Barcelona and Manchester United for his signature.

It’s worth noting that the Argentine has now scored ten goals in six Serie A games.

That scoring record has prompted Man United into considering shattering their transfer record for the 23-year-old. Readers are told:

Manchester United are preparing to raid Juventus again with another big money swoop – this time for £155 million Argentinian goal-machine Paulo Dybala.

Although Barcelona are expected to attempt to sign the South American superstar next summer, United transfer negotiator Ed Woodward has made it clear to Dybala’s management team that, if he does decide to quit Juventus, Jose Mourinho wants him at Old Trafford.

Yet, Man United fans shouldn’t get their hopes too high that Dybala may sign on.

Firstly, the striker doesn’t have a release clause in his contract.

Secondly, it’s reportedly the player’s wish to move to Barcelona if he leave Juve.
