Real Madrid have verbally agreed to sign Brazil youth international midfielder Alan de Souza Guimaraes from Palmeiras next summer, say reports in Spain.
The creative midfielder is currently participating for his nation at the Under-17 World Cup in India, with Diario AS reporting he will move to the Bernabeu in June to play for Castilla.
The17-year-old would join compatriot Vinicius Junior at Los Blancos – the Flamengo forward signs for the club in July but will rejoin his current club for the rest of the campaign in Brazil.
Alan, who had previously been linked with a move to Inter, is entering the final of his contract and Madrid are said to be confident of significantly reducing his €50m release clause at the Brazilian club.
The report suggests he will now move to the Spanish capital whenever he turns 18 next year.
