Manchester City star Sergio Aguero has revealed he is considering to leave the English club as soon as his contract expires in 2019.
Argentinean who has recently become Man City’s top scorer of all time leaving behind Eric Brook with 178 goals, Aguero has spent six productive years in English football, since he came to the Etihad from Atletico Madrid in 2011.
But he has now admitted that he always wanted to join his home club, Independiente, as soon as City’s contract.
“It turned out that Milan and Real Madrid wanted me – I do not know where I read – but they said they just ended Independent’s dream,” Aguero said.
“But the idea has always been to return to Independiente when I finish the contract with City in 2019. I have the opportunity to continue for another year with City, but there is only one option,” he added.
