Dortmund offered their key player to Barcelona striker after Neymar signed for PSG, but the Catalan giant decided to not buy the striker.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona already had a list with names of players they wanted when the Brazilian star left the team, Ousmane Dembele and Philipe Coutinho were top targets.

Although the qualities of the 28-year-old striker are not in doubt, Barcelona decided to sign Dembele, giving him the chance to bring him to “Camp Nou”.
