PSG won’t be able to sign Samir Handanovic, according to Tuttosport.

The Slovenian is set to remain at Inter, forcing the Ligue 1 leaders to look for other options, including that of Jan Oblak.

While PSG have been breaking records in attack, their defence still needs work, and the Qatar-owner giants are not totally convinced by Alphonse Areola, the young star who has taken over from Kevin Trapp of late.

Handanovic is set to sign a new deal with his current club, despite the fact that the Nerazzurri don’t guarantee Champions League football, something that Handanovic has griped about before in the past.

The Turinese paper confirms that Handa should sign until 2021, thus extending his stay at Inter until he is 36, though he will turn 37 in July of that month.

Handanovic has had another strong season in the sticks, making a number of key saves and proving that he is still one of Serie A’s better goalkeepers.
