Daniel Alves has hit back at journalists asking him about his move to Paris Saint-Germain.

Speaking ahead of tonight’s friendly with England, the three-time Champions League winner angrily fended any questions about his summer move from Juventus.

The Brazilian was found to have jilted the Citizens at the altar, in order to join PSG, a team rich in Brazilians including Neymar, Thiago Silva, Marquinhos, Lucas and director Maxwell.

Alves has done well in Paris so far, providing some wonderful assists in the 5-0 win over Angers before the international break.

“I deman respect for what has happened this summer,” the 34-year-old said in a press conference.

“I’m only here to speak of the Brazilian team, otherwise we’ll always go back to talking about the same thing.

“It’s not the time to talk about something other than our national team, and the game against England. That’s what I’m sticking to.”
