Ronaldo: I am more than a goal machine

Cristiano Ronaldo has rejected claims that his poor form has made him unhappy with life in Real Madrid.

Since moving to Real Madrid in 2009, the Portuguese has scored at least 25 goals in each season in La liga, including 48 in the 2014-15 season.

This season, however, his is not in his best form, Ronaldo has scored only one goal in seven appearances in the league, while his team remains eight points behind Barcelona.

Some media have report that Ronaldo’s form relates with the club situation and that he is unhappy, but the four-time Golden Ball winner insists he feels good in the Spanish capital.

“I disagree with what people say about me,” Ronaldo told L’Equipe.

“People do not know the difference between playing well, playing well and scoring goals. They watch me as a scoring machine, as a person who always has to score . If that is the case then no one cars if I play good or bad, I’m judged only on the basis of goals, “added the Portuguese. /
