Marcelo, Kroos and Modric trying to be fit for PSG

The coming week will be a very important one for Real Madrid‘s injured players Marcelo, Toni Kroos and Luka Modric.

Los Blancos take on Paris Saint-Germain at the Parc des Princes on March 6 and the three usual starters are doubts for that match, so must accelerate their respective recoveries.

Marcelo is the player who is most likely to be back in time, Kroos is the next on that scale and Modric is the least likely.

Zinedine Zidane is optimistic about all three and hopes to have good news on these injuries by the weekend.

However, the slightest setback in these players’ recoveries would surely make an appearance against PSG impossible.

Jesus Vallejo, the club’s other injured player, is working with the ball and is close to returning to the rest of the group, but he would have been unlikely to take on the Ligue 1 side in any case.
