BARCELONA TALISMAN LIONEL MESSI HAS REPORTEDLY LEARNED THAT PHILIPPE COUTINHO WON’T BE DEPARTING PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN IN EXCHANGE OF KYLIAN MBAPPE.

According to Spanish publications Don Balon, Paris Saint-Germain are not interested in signing Coutinho just for the sake of their star player Neymar’s happiness. Barcelona finally bought an end to one of the biggest transfer sagas of all time after they completed the signing of Philippe Coutinho from Liverpool.

The transfer also broke the record for the highest fee ever received by an English team, with Barcelona paying around €120 Million up front and the remaining €40 Million in add-ons for the former Liverpool man. The Brazilian has often been talked up as the heir of Barcelona Superstar Andres Iniesta.

But some shocking news emerged yesterday after Spanish outlet El Pais claimed that Philippe Coutinho and Kylian Mbappe would be trading places in the summer. However, according to Don Balon, Messi has got wind of truth behind the rumors.

According to El Pais, Neymar is growing increasingly jealous of Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe and could force the Ligue 1 giants to sell the youngster this summer. He is also perturbed by the number of threats to his status as Paris Saint-Germain’s main man.

According to El Pais, Paris Saint-Germain are determined to do whatever it takes to keep Neymar out of Real Madrid’s reach. And a selection of Paris Saint-Germain directors is now analyzing the possibility of offering the former Monaco ace to Barcelona in exchange for Philippe Coutinho.

But according to a new report, It is now said that Messi has got wind of truth behind the rumor. Messi clearly knows that Barcelona has no interest in losing Philippe Coutinho after having pursued him for so long. The Argentine also knows that Kylian Mbappe is not on club’s radar at the moment. It is even said that Barcelona turned down the chance to snap up Frenchmen last summer.

Paris Saint-Germain, meanwhile will also not consider getting rid of Kylian Mbappe, thanks to his phenomenal form at Parc des Princes. Mbappe will be back in action on Wednesday when Paris Saint-Germain takes on Olympique Marseille.
