The Englishman has unfortunately damaged ankle ligaments for the third time in 18 months.
Kane had a similar serious injury in September 2016 when he had to miss seven weeks. If the diagnosis is right, he would be able to return only by the end of April.

He may be ready to take part in Spurs’ final three Premier league games — against Watford on the last day of April, West Brom and Leicester.

Based on his team’s FA Cup success, he could even participate in the final, scheduled for May 19. England’s World Cup campaign starts the following month – on June 18.

Kane got injured against Bournemouth on Sunday. His scan was scheduled for Monday, however, it wasn’t possible as his ankle was too swollen to assess properly.
