The Liverpool midfielder was expected to join the Italian champions on a free transfer this summer, but now the Germany International has put talks on hold.

And according to Tuttosport, Juventus are now looking for possible alternatives in case the transfer won’t go through.
Their first candidate is Lazio’s star Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, but Juve might be fended off by the €100m price tag.
The Old Lady are also said to be following PSG’s Adrien Rabiot, Tottenham’s Mousa Dembele and Arsenal’s Aaron Ramsey, with their contracts set to expire in 2019.
