RAPHAEL VARANE has revealed Cristiano Ronaldo and Sergio Ramos spend the most time perfecting their image in the Real Madrid dressing room.
Varane lifted the lid on what goes on behind closed doors at Real in an interview with magazine Men’s Health.
And you may not be too surprised to hear that R onaldo and Ramos both spend a lot of time preening themselves.
“Cristiano Ronaldo is very careful, Sergio Ramos too,” Varane said.
“I look after myself too, we all do. But the most I see are Cristiano and Sergio.”
Varane also revealed exactly what goes on during a training session with Zinedine Zidane’s squad.
“First, you arrive at training, prepare for the session, I get treatment from the physios and go straight to the gym to activate the body,” he told Men’s Health.
“Depending on the day’s training intensity, we stretch, work on mobility, everything to prepare myself well.
“Later, we train, and depending on the day we do more physical work, more technical or more tactical.
“The duration also varies between 45 minutes and an hour and a half.”
