‘Brazil are learning to be strong without Neymar’

Brazil coach admitted his team missed Neymar, but ‘was learning to be strong without him’ as they’ve beaten Russia and Germany in two recent friendlies.

“Our best player was out. The team missed Neymar, but we are learning to play and be strong without him. This all helps to generate team strength.”

Tite also reminisced a bit about the infamous 1-7 defeat to Germany on the World Cup.

“It’s true that there was a lingering ghost. I’ve felt that some people have even tried to avoid talking about it.

“That’s life. It’s in the past. But people won’t forget about it just because we won.”
