Rugani will be Arsenal’s only investment in the summer

Arsenal has limited budget for transfers this summer term and according to Italian media they have targeted Juventus defender Rugani

According to Calciomercato, Rugani costs 40m euros and Arsenal is following the defender’s situation at Juventus.

The 23-year-old defender is not first team player in Turin.

Thus, the Italians might allow him to leave the club, but only if they receive 40 million euros into their account.

According to the telegraph, Arsenal has available € 60 million for transfers during the summer, while hoping to secure the free transfer of talented midfielder from Schalke, Max Mayer.
