• Major French media outlets Canal+ and RMC Sport report that Liverpool have reached an agreement with Lyon considering a 24-year-old attacker Nabil Fekir.
• £62 million fee is said to be the result of negotiations. The deal is reportedly ‘99%’ done.
Fekir’s interview also suggests he is ready to leave the club: “I do not know [what will happen], frankly. I spent an exceptional season here, with an audience, players, an exceptional staff, a lot of emotions and tonight we finished in style. I gave everything for Lyon, we’ll see for the future. Even if all was not perfect this season, we finished well. It’s been four years since I’ve been pro and it’s one of my greatest joys [to finish third].”
Earlier, L’Equipe claimed that the French side are keen to solve his future before the World Cup in Russia.
And a few weeks ago RMC already reported that a €70m deal with Lyon over Nabil Fekir move had allegedly been reached.
