Former Real Madrid coach Vincente Del Bosque has insisted that no Liverpool player would be able to take part in the Zinedine Zidane team as the two European giants are preparing for this week’s Champions League final.
The Reds defeated Roma to reach the Kiev final, while Real eliminated Bayern Munich in the semi-finals.
Both teams have shown top form in Europe, with Liverpool having scored 17 goals only in six knockout matches, compared to Real Madrid’s 13.
The 67-year-old, who once won the Champions League and La Liga twice as he led Madrid, believes that Real Madrid will destroy Liverpool.
“Real Madrid has a great squad, which is the best in Europe at the moment,” Del Bosque told COPE.
“I can not even find a single Liverpool player that can improve Real Madrid, even Salah. Real Madrid will beat Liverpool 4-1, “he added.
“Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema are very good,” he said
