Ronaldo: Champions League should be called “CR7 Champions League”

Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has suggested that the most prestigious European club competition should be renamed as the “CR7 Champions League”.
Ronaldo is now five-time Champions League winner after Real Madrid defeated Liverpool 3-1.

The Portuguese striker did not do anything speical in the final last night, but it was Gareth Bale the one who came in from the bench in the second half and scored twice to secure another valuable trophy to Real.

“Who is the best scorer again?” Asked Ronaldo.

“The Champions League should change its name and be called ‘CR7 Champions League'”, he said.

“I have won five and I’m the best goalscorer again, so I can not be sad,” he added.
