Luka Modric’s Croatia faced Neymar’s Brasil today and both players swapped shirts after the final whistle. The midfielder was caught saying “Te esperamos, ¿eh?” to Neymar, which means “We’re waiting for you, huh?” Neymar then smiled and this video will surely draw plenty of rumors as Madrid seem to be interested in the Brazilian forward.
Still, it will be extremely expensive for Los Blancos to sign Neymar this summer. Paris Saint-Germain will not let him go all that easily after spending €222 million just a year ago. Neymar could force his way out of the club, but Madrid would still have to at least match what PSG paid last season.
Neymar would surely be an interesting signing for Madrid but the club is facing a fair amount of question marks this summer, especially after coach Zinedine Zidane decided to leave. Los Blancos are yet to appoint their coach and it looks like it will take them quite some time.
