
Zinedine Zidane sensationally quit Real Madrid because of disagreements with president Florentino Perez over the potential signings of David De Gea and Eden Hazard.
Frenchman Zidane was desperate to add Chelsea star Hazard to his front line, as he attempted to rebuild his squad having failed to challenge for the La Liga title, but Perez refused to sanction a move.
While the roles were reversed when Perez informed his manager his intentions to bring long term target David De Gea to the Bernabeu, with Zidane insisting he was happy with Keylor Navas.
The Manchester United shot stopper is out of contract at Old Trafford next summer.
According to the Sun, Zidane grew so impatient he is alleged to have said: “I am done. You take care of the team.”
