The match between Celta Vigo and Real Madrid, scheduled to be played on Sunday from 20:45 will probably be postponed because of bad weather
Mayor of Vigo, Abel Caballero has inspected the stadium “Estadio Municipal de Balaídos”, where the match should be played.
After inspections, Caballero has decided that the match should not be played because of security reasons, because as a result of the bad weather part of the stadium roof has been damage, writes AS.
But the Football Federation of Spain is expected to take the final decision. AS reports that the storm in the city has caused more than 200 incidents of falling trees and electric poles.
