Manchester United could reportedly offer Matteo Darmian and cash for Juventus right-back Joao Cancelo.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, United are keen on Cancelo and have opened talks with his agent Jorge Mendes in recent days.
The website writes their opening bid of €50m is too low to tempt Juve into a sale but that they could bridge the shortfall by sending Darmian the other way.
The former Torino wingback has long been linked with the Bianconeri and is expected to leave Old Trafford this summer after another season on the periphery.
Cancelo only joined the Old Lady from Valencia last year, having spent last season on loan at Inter.
The Portuguese’s performances earned him plenty of praise earlier in the campaign, but some high-profile errors and an increasing lack of starts have left his future in doubt.
