Kubo continues to get fans off their seats

Zinedine Zidane once again called upon Takefusa Kubo to take part in Real Madrid’s pre-season when he introduced him in the 73rd minute of the club’s 5-3 victory over Fenerbahce, and the Japanese playmaker continues to excite.

In a summer tour that has given Los Blancos little to be enthused about, Kubo has been one bright prospect with his performances far exceeding the level expected of the new signing.

He took his opportunity to show some clever footwork and a keen eye for a pass in the match in Munich.

As well as forcing a save with a shot of his own, he set up a couple of attempts for his more experienced teammates, even if these didn’t lead to any of the five goals.
