Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric is not concerned by who they could face in the Champions League 16 knockout stage.

“It does not matter who we get in the draw,” he told reports from Marca after the game.

“There are no easy games, and we are happy to be in the draw.”

“We played well tonight, and deserved to win, and we improved after the break, and finished strongly.”

Zidane’s side face a difficult run of games in the run up to the winter break, as they look to maintain La Liga title pressure on Barcelona, as they head to Valencia and to the Camp Nou in the next ten days.

“We have a very important week coming up, and we want a strong end to the year.”

“We are confident and hope to show that in the coming weeks.”
