Antonio Cassano reveals that Cristiano Ronaldo sent him messages, seemingly complaining to the Italian who had always said that Leo Messi was better than him.

On Monday, Messi won the seventh “Golden Ball” in his career with Ronaldo, who did not attend the Paris ceremony.

It was not the first time CR7 had overlooked an award ceremony that did not end with him as the winner.

Cassano has often claimed that ‘he is just a Ronaldo’ (former Brazilian striker) and that Messi is better than the former Juventus and Real Madrid star.

Ronaldo has apparently burned Cassano’s words, as he is suspected of sending some messages to the former Roma and Real Madrid striker.

“The next day, after the words on Bobo TV, I saw a text from a Spanish issue,” Cassano told Bobo TV.

“Four long texts. “Let’s see if he [Ronaldo] confirms it because I also forwarded it to Gigi [Buffon], who told me he had given my number to Cristiano.”

“He told me I had to respect him, I had to respect the goals he had scored, what he had won and what he represented.”

“I responded by saying that I just told the truth: there is only one Ronaldo and Messi is better than him.”

“He [Ronaldo] went on to say that he has money. “He scored more goals in his career, while I had scored only 150”, says Cassano.

Further Cassano thinks that Ronaldo should be calmer as he has everything in life.

“Cristiano has everything in life. He should take things in stride and try not focus too much on the problem. “He should be like Messi and be calmer.”

“That’s the truth, I called Buffon and I told him, I told Giorgio Chiellini.”

“I have never ignored him, as a man or as a footballer. “I do not like him, there are 50 players that I like more than him,” said Cassano.
