Real Madrid intends to do ‘madness’ to transfer Son from Tottenham

Real Madrid have reportedly identified Heung-min Son as a key target this summer as they seek to strengthen their attacking options.
The South Korean enjoyed a stellar year in the Premier League for Tottenham – scoring 23 goals on his way to the golden shoe, which was shared with Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah.

According to journalist Rudy Galetti, Real Madrid is monitoring him behind his impressive form and may soon make an offer for him.

Carlo Ancelotti, after enjoying his second Champions League triumph as coach with Real Madrid – and fourth overall – will seek to strengthen his options this summer after a number of departures.

Both Gareth Bale and Isco left after their contracts expired and there are suggestions that Marco Asensio will follow a similar path, with Liverpool and Milan reportedly interested.

After following Kylian Mbappen for so long, Real Madrid remained at a crossroads after the Frenchman decided to stay in Paris Saint Germain.

Son signed a new contract just last summer and has shown he is committed to Spurs

The club is now forced to look for alternatives and the Spurs striker could be the perfect option.

His 23 goals were extremely impressive to ensure Antonio Contes’s side beat bitter rivals Arsenal to finish in fourth place.

Son signed a new contract with Spurs last summer renewing it at least until 2025.
