Verratti took 2.9 million euros with him on vacation, so they robbed him

PSG footballer Marco Verratti was robbed in the Spanish resort of Ibiza, and thieves took 2.9 million euros from the villa where he was staying.

Verratti is on vacation with her husband Jessica Eddie, and it is still unknown why the couple had so much money with them.

The Italian and his better half settled in a villa believed to be owned by the legendary Brazilian footballer Luca Nazari de Lima Ronaldo.

PSG midfielder Jessica Eddie got married in Paris on July 15 last year, just four days after Verratti became European champions with Italy.

The couple also spent their honeymoon in Ibiza, their favorite destination.
