Neymar Junior is on the way out of PSG after wearing the Parisian club jersey for the last five years.
PSG decided to get rid of Neymar, and allegedly the Brazilian superstar agreed to that outcome and has nothing against leaving.
In an interview with Brazilian media, Thiago Silva said that it would be best for Neymar to move to Chelsea and thus become a teammate of an experienced defender again.

“He has to go to Chelsea. If that happens then he will be the best for everyone. “As a player he should not be commented on, and besides, he is a great friend of mine,” said Silva, adding:
“I do not know too many details yet, but I hope that will happen.”
