Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, the former manager of Manchester United, will not be at the helm of the Iranian national team.

During the day, information appeared that after the resignation of coach Dragan Skocic on Monday, an offer was sent to the address of the Norwegian.

Solskjaer would thus have the opportunity to see him at the World Cup in Qatar, but that will not happen.

According to the Daily Mail, Solskjaer has reportedly thanked the Iranians for the offer, as he has other plans in the near future.

Former Bayern striker Alli Dei is also there, as is former Osasuna midfielder Jawad Nekunam.
