OFFICIAL: Rafa Marquez is back home

Mexican Rafa Marquez has returned to Barcelona and is ready for a new challenge.

Marquez is today presented as the new coach of Barca Athletic (formerly Barcelona B). The Mexican signed a contract until 2024.

As a Barcelona player, he spent seven seasons in which he won numerous trophies and successfully wore the Catalan jersey. He finished his playing career in the Mexican Atlas in 2018. The following year, he assumed the role of sports director in that club, and now he receives a new challenge.
