But now the club – still in desperate pursuit of a first Champions League trophy – are set to offload nearly a dozen first-team players to raise funds for summer spending.
According to Le Parisien, PSG have put 11 first-team stars up for sale – despite the group costing them €280 million over the years.
Neymar and Presnel Kimpembe are two of the biggest names linked with a move away from the Parc des Princes this summer, but the pair are not on the 11-man list.

Former Liverpool player Georginio Wijnaldum – who only joined last summer – tops the list, along with ex-Inter striker Mauro Icardi.
None of them have been able to break into the starting XI, with the forward particularly falling down the ranks, which includes Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe and Neymar.
Man Utd target Leandro Paredes, Thilo Kehrer and Julian Draxler – who all cost over €30m when brought to the French capital – are on the exit list.
Abdou Diallo, Idrissa Gueye and Layvin Kurzawa were all brought in for more than €20 million.
All in all, a star-studded list – which also includes former United ace Andre Herrera, Danilo Pereira and Eric Junior Dina Ebimbe.
