The tropical heat in Europe makes a serious problem for the start of the state championships.
Apparently, the high temperatures make it highly likely to prolong the start of Serie A, as announced by the president of Serie A, Lorenzo Cassini.
“If the temperatures are this high in the following days, it will be quite difficult to start the championship on August 13 as planned. Of course, a difficult season awaits Europe because of the World Cup in Qatar, but we have room because Italy will not be part of the World Cup this year,” said Cassini.
Milan enters the new season as the current champion and defender of the trophy, and the Rossoneri will represent Italy in the Champions League together with Juventus, Napoli and Inter.
