Cristiano Ronaldo suffered a blow to the nose in the duel between Portugal and the Czech Republic.
In the 12th minute of the match taking place in Prague, the Portuguese striker jumped for a ball at the same time as goalkeeper Tomas Vaclik, who hit the ball and threw his hands in his face.
Portuguese medical staff were forced onto the pitch to help the Manchester United forward, who was bleeding profusely from the nose.
A bandage and cotton were applied to his nose to stop the bleeding.
A hard hit that didn’t stop him from continuing to play, but he was seen to have bruises on his face and a possible broken nose.
Portugal play Spain on Tuesday in Braga, a game Cristiano Ronaldo could miss if the injury is serious.
