The Chelsea Football Club has announced to the public that Christopher Wivell will be their new technical director.

In a statement they sent to the public, it is stated that Wivell comes to London from the Leipzig team, where he was responsible for bringing in and scouting players of all age ranges.

“Wivel in Leipzig coordinated a general strategy for the formation of a team in a wide football group of Red Bull”, they said from Chelsea.

Wivel previously spent five years in Salzburg, where he was the head of the scouting team, and now he will work in London.
