The ten “missed” transfers of Real with the attackers

The Spanish circulation newspaper AS published a list of players they consider the worst, or the most missed transfers in the history of Real Madrid.

It is interesting that in this ten, there was also a place in the worst transfers for three football players who come from the former Yugoslav republics, it is Perica Ognjenovic and Luka Jovic from Serbia and Elvir Baljic from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Evir Baljic and Perica Ognjenovic wore the jersey of the kings in the period from 1999 to 2001 and rather unsuccessfully, so AS is probably not too wrong in this analysis.

In this “ten”, the first place is for the footballer who changed more than 20 clubs throughout his career, Nicolas Anelka.

Javier Saviola 2007-2009
Juka Jovic 2019-2022
Edwin Congo 1999-2000
Elvir Baljic 1999-2022
