Chelsea have reportedly made a dramatic bid to land Arsenal’s heralded transfer Mykhailo Mudryk, having already made a huge bid and traveled to Poland to complete the move.

The Gunners have been heavily linked with the Shakhtar Donetsk winger throughout the winter, making two offers and offering plenty with his transfer.

However, London rivals the Blues have also remained in contention and now want to snap up the Ukrainian star.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea’s board have flown to Poland in an attempt to reach a verbal agreement with Shakhtar.

Romano adds that Chelsea’s offer for Mudryk is over 100 million euros, surpassing that of Arsenal, which is around 80 million.

Despite Chelsea’s apparent interest, Romano insists Mudryk’s position is crucial in all of this and that Arsenal are seen as favorites if the player’s desire is met.
