English club Manchester United are reportedly looking to sign another striker in the January transfer window.

At the start of the January transfer window, United prioritized signing a striker.
The departure of Cristiano Ronaldo had meant that the club only had Marcus Rashford in form and Anthony Marti al, capable of playing the role of central striker.

Erik ten Hag has since signed Wout Weghorst from Burnley on loan for the rest of the season as a short-term striker option.
However, the Old Trafford club could make further reinforcements in January to consolidate their top-four credentials in the second half of the season.
According to a report by SportsMail, United are still looking to sign another striker before the January transfer window closes next Tuesday.

However, the club will reportedly only do a deal provided it is a low-fee loan.

Indeed, the club have publicly taken a stance that they would not do any more business before the end of the window.

However, looking into the summer, United have been linked with deals for some of Europe’s most sought-after strikers.

Harry Kane, Victor Osimhen and Goncalo Ramos have all been linked with permanent moves to Old Trafford in the coming months.
